There's alot to unpick here. Complex polypharmacy and investigations thus far not finding a cause for the patient's numbness, with underlying rheumatological concerns keeping Jean in contact with hospital teams. 

There's alot of data gathering in this section, and we come to the decision point trying to bring things back to an organised approach- what's needed to help the uncertainty?
